At the cusp of the LinkedIn redesign in 2013, every product was working toward aligning their designs and patterns to the new visual language and look and feel. The Company Pages flow was one of the early adopters. I was tasked alongside my colleague Kevin Bury to update the designs to the Company Pages experience. This included user interviews and feedback about the existing flow and working to provide better and more useful administrative tools and features as well as a comprehensive redesign of what the pages both looked like and how they functioned for both consumers and the brand owners. One of the crowning features of this iteration was the introduction of the "follow" feature which allowed users to get updates about company post, information and career opportunities. I worked on this project as the primary designer doing both design work and facilitating user interviews and consilidating feedback.
