Along with the Moen.com site redesign, new email templates needed to be built to focus on both the consumer and prosumer targeted audiences. One template was built with marketing based features as well as tips and suggestions for projects using Moen products, where as the prosumer email was geared towards Moen's reliable contractor userbase. This was done by providing targeted articles regarding existing products and how to engage customers. It also had a heavy focus on bringing the product to them and giving them direct access to primary site areas without the task to promote featured products unlike the consumer emails (e.g. Browsing commercial product catalogue).
